Complete the following 5 steps to apply for a job through NTI. If you meet all requirements, there is a better than 50% chance that we will be able to match you with an employer. Keep in mind, finding a match may take weeks or months.
Warning: If you fill out more than one application, our system may lock out all of your applications. We will respond to all applications so you only need to submit one. Completing the application demonstrates that you're familiar with your computer and the Internet.
The application will ask you to attach your resume. If you don't have a resume and aren't sure how to write one, view this guide for help. We need only a simple one-page resume. You can submit your resume in any of the following formats: Microsoft Word (.DOC or .DOCX), Notepad Text (.TXT), rich-text format (.RTF), Adobe PDF, or HTML.
If you're a client of your state's vocational rehabilitation (VR) agency, make sure you have your counselor's name, phone number, and email address before you begin your application.
Step 2: Interview with an NTI Recruiter
Upon successful completion of step 1, you will receive a toll-free number to call and conduct your interview.
Treat your phone interview as a formal one. Schedule it so that you can talk to the NTI recruiter while you are in a quiet location, and have your resume with you during the call. Also have your home computer turned on so that you can answer questions about it's specifications. It is best to write down beforehand your computer's processing speed, RAM, and amount of free hard drive space.
If you have a State Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, write down your counselor's contact information so that you can provide it during the call.
After the interview, NTI may schedule you for NTI Certification Training. The Certification Training FAQ page on our site describes the different types of training we, or other employers, conduct. If selected to move forward in the application process, you will be required to complete 4 days of NTI Certification Training. We provide the training at no charge to you. You must become NTI Certified in order to be considered for any of the jobs that NTI seeks to fill for client companies. The NTI Certification process is designed to educate and train you on key pieces of knowledge that you will need to excel in a work-at-home job.
While you are completing NTI's certification training, NTI will verify that you are eligible for our positions. If you have a state VR agency counselor, we will contact him or her to verify that they will be willing to pay NTI in the event we are able to match you with a position.
Once you successfully complete NTI Certification Training, and your eligibility for our positions has been confirmed, you will receive your login information for our Career Website. There you can view and apply for one of our current openings. Once you apply for a position, you will be contacted within 10 business days by an NTI recruiter to conduct a job-specific interview.
NTI can't predict whether it will take a few weeks or months to find a suitable match. If you have no special restrictions, such as the need to work only during certain parts of the day or fewer than 20 hours per week and you are otherwise a good candidate with a pleasant telephone manner, comfortable using a computer, and some type of customer service experience, it is likely that NTI will be able to eventually match you with one or more opportunities.
When we contact you about a particular job opening, you'll need to move quickly to obtain one of the available slots. The number and type of job orders we receive varies from week to week.
If you're ready, begin your application.
