The training is designed to increase your chances of being successful as a home-based call center agent. All of the employers NTI works with require applicants to complete and pass NTI Certification Training.
Production training is specific to the job you are matched with. It can take anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks, depending upon the complexity of the position. Once you are hired for a position, you will be paid for the hours you spend in production training.
