NTI most frequently hires for virtual customer service roles.
NTI and the NTI hiring partners offer work-from-home call center positions in the area of customer service in contact centers.

Can I make my own hours?
Usually not. Work schedules can vary based on the position and employer. Many roles require availability during specific shifts, so it's important to review the job description carefully to understand the scheduling expectations for each opportunity.

Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work, NTI’s hiring partners offer positions ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.
Did NTI receive my registration?
Once you submit your completed registration (and upload a resume, if available), you'll receive a confirmation email with your Registration ID number and links to complete the Video Assessment, Typing Test, and Computer Literacy Assessment. The email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
