Job Readiness Services* — NTI’s Employment Specialists offer Job Coaching, Career Planning, Resume Writing assistance and Ongoing Employment Support. We assist eligible disabled Americans through our process. We help them evaluate their skills, prepare them for interviews, guide them to the right position, and offer ongoing support for the first 90 days on the job.
Online Training — NTI offers a wide selection of self-paced training in the areas of Home Office Setup, Computer Basics, Work Place Professionalism, Resume Writing, Advanced Problem Solving, and more. We offer a 4-day Instructor led Remote Customer Care Agent* class to ensure success in a remote position. This class covers the computer and customer service skills needed to be successful in a remote job.
Job Placement — NTI offers direct consideration for full- or part-time remote positions with our commercial and government employer-partners. We are able to fill positions in customer service, sales or tech support as well as other remote positions. We have experience with industries such as: healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical, finance, service providers, government, hospitality, travel and insurance.
