NTI is Your Perfect Staffing Partner!
NTI is a national nonprofit founded in 1995. Our mission is to help the disability community and their family caregivers find at-home jobs with our contracted employer-partners.
Together we will find the perfect solution to your hiring needs. We can be your full outsourcer, offer employees as direct hires or on a temp-to-perm basis. We can even simplify your life by handling all of the administrative aspects of employment such as training, onboarding, payroll, or terminations with our Shared Administrative Services (SAS) model. If none of these contract options seem right for you, we can customize our agreement to find the terms that work best.
No matter what hiring model you chose, we are dedicated to prioritizing your goals and meeting your needs. Without our partners, we can't meet our mission of helping the disabled community so your priorities are our priorities.
Benefits of NTI Supported Employees
Lower turnover. The disabled people we serve need to work from home; they don’t job hop. That means lower turnover for you. While turnover for the call center industry averages between 30-45%, NTI's own managed call center has averaged yearly attrition as low as 8%.
The best candidates, not just local ones. Our national footprint allows us to refer you the most qualified candidates. Current employers-partners tell us the work ethic and loyalty of NTI-supported employees make them the best team members. You'll discover motivated, fast-learning people who won't leave you in the lurch.
Scheduling flexibility. We recruit from every contiguous US time zone. Having staff located across the country can be a huge scheduling benefit. John Hancock loves having their NTI-sourced employees jump on the phones when their New Hampshire call center is hit with a blizzard.
Health care savings. Up to 90% of our candidates receive federally-sponsored health coverage. Even after finding gainful employment, most people continue to receive health care coverage from the government – a huge cost savings for you.
Skills training. We screen approximately 12,000 applicants per year and offer training to those accepted to ensure they are prepared for at-home work. Employers tell us the candidates we refer have increased creativity, above average empathy and exceptional communication skills.
For call and contact centers, we offer even more. Qualified NTI registrants can take an instructor-led Remote Customer Care Agent course with role playing, written assignments, and tests to confirm mastery before applying for positions with our employer-partners.
Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC). A Work Opportunity Tax Credit is a tax credit based on the number of hours worked by a disabled employee. For a company hiring people with disabilities, this credit can be worth as much as $9,600 PER EMPLOYEE hired. Credits can be deferred for up to 20 years.
When you need talent, we:
Understand the need. Your personal Account Manager takes the time to grasp just what your position requires.
Search. We reach out to our Talent Pool of prescreened and qualified people to alert them to your opportunity. If necessary, we will recruit specifically for your position.
Evaluate. Our staff interviews each interested applicant to confirm they are just who you are looking for.
Present the Best. We'll send you the best people for your job. If you need assessments or more interviews scheduled, we'll do that too.
Follow-up. We will help make the onboarding process seamless. We can include a check of each home office to test new employee’s computer, headset, and software to ensure a smooth first day.
Give you time. We only refer applicants to one employee-partner at a time. This ensures you have time to consider them without competing with other employers.
Pipeline for high-volume requests. Our continued outreach to the disability community brings us 1000+ registrations a month. At any given time, we are working with around 2000 qualified people who are searching for the right work-at-home position. We can meet your low- and high-volume requests quickly, with the right people.
Energetic Employees. Most NTI candidates prefer part-time work. Shorter shifts make for an energetic, more empathetic team member. Customers and coworkers will both notice the difference.
Custom Solutions. NTI isn't just staffing. We provide a range of consultancy and technical expertise including:
- Turnkey virtual call centers
- Background checks & drug tests
- Payroll processing
- WOTC applications
