NTI offers three standard agreement types to best meet your hiring needs. If these options aren’t what you had in mind, we will customize our agreement to meet your business needs.
Direct Hire: Our employee referrals would be hired directly by your company after we have handled:
- Marketing and recruiting for your position
- Remote Customer Care Agent Training for eligible applicants
- Prescreening of applicants
- Coordination of your hiring process
- Job coaching through the first 90 days of successful employment
Shared Administrative Services (SAS): You handle the day-to-day management of the team and we do the rest. SAS includes all of the services listed under Direct Hire plus:
- Onboarding
- Accommodation Requests
- Background Checks (upon request)
- Complete New Hire Paperwork in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Performance Management
- Payroll
